This colonial Cape Cod transformed when a cramped kitchen was opened up to create the light and airy space that now serves as the heart of this home. The installed decorative oak beam maintains the character and flow, while the large picture window frames the scenic acreage. An oversized island and modern appliances make this home ideal for both entertaining and everyday living. Classic cabinetry, bold patterned tile, and open shelving bring style and function. Bay Colony
This 1950s ranch had never been updated, its charm hidden beneath decades of wear and a closed-off floor plan that no longer suited the way families live today. The home stood as a time capsule — original finishes intact but dated, dark, and in need of vision. Andrea transformed it into a modern family home while honoring its vintage character. We refinished the original hardwood floors, reimagined the layout by opening the floor plan for natural flow, and thoughtfully reincorporated classic details in fresh, timeless ways. The result is a custom flip that proves an old home can be both stylish and functional- a showcase of how we can breathe new life into an old home — keeping its story while making it ready for today.
